Do rechargeable bulbs charge while switched off?
They need electrical power to charge. If the lamp is switched off at the wall, the bulb cannot keep charging. Use a compatible lamp regularly and follow the charging time supplied for your model.
Is battery light as bright as normal light?
No. The Classic six- and ten-pack bulbs list 800 lumens on mains power and lower output on battery power. The battery settings balance brightness and runtime; check the individual product details.
Which color temperature should I choose?
Choose 3000K warm white for a softer, golden look or 6000K daylight for a cooler, whiter appearance. Match nearby lights when you want a consistent feel across the room.
Will they work in every lamp?
Check socket type, voltage, bulb dimensions and fixture instructions. A matching screw base does not establish compatibility with a wall dimmer, enclosed fixture or multi-bulb circuit. Test your intended setup before relying on the backup.
